Nativora System
Help for school administrators, instructors, and students using Nativora System — account and login problems, the Zoom integration, billing, and anything else that is not working the way it should. All support on this page is provided by the Nativora Support team.
Two ways to reach us. The support request form is the fastest route — it captures the details we need up front and returns a ticket reference you can quote in any follow-up.
Support ticket
Submit a request
Tell us what happened, attach a screenshot, and get a ticket reference straight away. Best for technical issues, Zoom integration problems, and anything account-specific.
Support email
Write to us directly if you would rather use your own mail client, or if you need to reply to an existing ticket. Include your account or school name so we can find you.

First response SLA
Within 24 business hours
We respond to support requests within 24 business hours. Business hours are the support hours shown alongside this card, so a request filed on Friday afternoon is answered by the following Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
This is the target for our first response, not for a full resolution. Actual response and resolution time may vary depending on the complexity and severity of the issue — an outage affecting live classes is triaged ahead of a general question, and issues needing investigation or input from a third-party provider such as Zoom or Stripe can take longer. If yours will, we will tell you in the first reply.
Nativora System integrates with Zoom so instructors can run live classes and have attendance recorded automatically. Contact Nativora Support for any problem with that integration, including:
Authorizing your Zoom account, connecting or disconnecting Zoom from a Nativora instructor profile, and connections that drop or need to be re-authorized.
Creating meetings for live sessions, meeting links that are missing or incorrect, and students unable to join a scheduled meeting.
Zoom permissions and scopes requested by the Nativora app, scope errors during authorization, and account-level restrictions set by your Zoom administrator.
Meeting and webhook events not reaching Nativora, and live-session attendance that is missing or looks wrong after a class has ended.
Nativora Support is the support provider for the Nativora System app. Zoom does not provide support for this application. Send every question about the Nativora Zoom integration to Nativora Support using the form on this page or no-reply@nativorasystem.com.
Questions about your Zoom account itself — Zoom billing, Zoom plan limits, or Zoom features unrelated to Nativora — are best directed to Zoom. If you are not sure which side an issue sits on, ask us first and we will tell you.
Common topics, grouped by what you are trying to do. Select a topic to expand it.
Nativora System is a management platform for academies and driving schools. Each school gets its own isolated workspace holding its instructors, students, courses, and records.
Approval on its own does not unlock a course — an enrollment must be both approved and paid before lessons, sessions, and assignments become available to the student.
Forgotten password. Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen. A one-time code is sent to your registered email address; it expires after 10 minutes, and requesting a new one invalidates the previous code.
The code never arrives. Check your spam or junk folder and confirm the address you entered is the one your school registered. Instructors and students are created by their school, so the address on file is the one the school used.
First sign-in. Instructors and students receive a generated password by email. Change it after your first sign-in.
Account inactive or suspended. Sign-in is blocked while an account is not active. Your school administrator controls this for instructors and students; contact them first. If the administrator account itself cannot sign in, contact Nativora Support.
Signed out unexpectedly. Sessions are short-lived by design and refresh automatically while you are active. Being signed out after a long idle period is expected — sign in again.
Zoom is connected per instructor, not per school. Each instructor who runs live classes authorizes their own Zoom account once.
Disconnecting. The same screen has a disconnect action, which removes Nativora's access to your Zoom account. You can also revoke access from your Zoom account's installed-apps settings. After disconnecting, existing meeting links keep working but Nativora can no longer create new meetings or record attendance for you until you reconnect.
If your Zoom administrator restricts app installation, they may need to pre-approve the Nativora app for your Zoom account before the authorization will complete.
You do not schedule meetings in Zoom directly. Create the session in Nativora and the Zoom meeting is created for you against your connected Zoom account.
Students enrolled in that course see the session and its join link in their own schedule — there is no need to send the link out separately.
If no link appears, the most common cause is that your Zoom account is not connected, or the connection was revoked on the Zoom side. Reconnect Zoom, then re-save the session.
Open your sessions list in Nativora. Live sessions show a join link. Select it at the scheduled time and Zoom opens.
Attendance is automatic for Live sessions. Joining records you as present, and when the meeting ends your attendance is graded on how long you actually took part. If you join late you may be marked late, and if you leave early you may fall below the minimum participation threshold your school has set.
Join with the same identity each time so Zoom's participant records can be matched to your Nativora account. Your instructor can correct any attendance record manually if something was recorded wrongly.
No join link on a session? The session may not be a Live session, or the instructor's Zoom account may not be connected. Ask your instructor first; if they confirm Zoom is connected on their side, contact Nativora Support.
Authorization fails or returns an error. Confirm you are signed in to the correct Zoom account in your browser before authorizing, and that your Zoom administrator permits the Nativora app. Sign out of Zoom, sign back in, and try connecting again.
Zoom shows as connected but no meetings are created. The stored authorization may have been revoked from the Zoom side. Disconnect in Nativora and connect again — this is the fastest fix and is safe to do at any time.
A scoping or permissions error during authorization. The Nativora app requests only the permissions it needs to create meetings and receive meeting events for your account. If your Zoom plan or account policy blocks one of them, authorization stops. Send us the exact error text and we will identify which permission is being refused.
Attendance is missing after a live class. Attendance is produced from Zoom's meeting events, which arrive when the meeting ends — allow a few minutes after the class finishes. Students who joined under a name or address that cannot be matched to their Nativora account may not be recorded automatically; the instructor can mark them manually.
Still stuck? Submit a request below with the Zoom Integration category. Include the session date and time, the course, the instructor's email, and the exact error text or a screenshot — that is usually enough for us to diagnose it on the first reply.
People. Add instructors and students from your school workspace. Each receives their sign-in details by email. Everything you create is scoped to your school and is not visible to any other school on the platform.
Courses. Build a course from chapters and lessons, and attach quizzes, assignments, e-sign policies, and orientation material as needed. Courses can be kept as drafts while you work on them.
Enrollments. Student requests arrive for your approval. Approve or reject each one; approved students are then asked to pay the course fee, and access unlocks once payment clears. Rejected students are never charged.
Taking payments. To collect course fees from students you connect your school's own Stripe account. Students then pay your school directly.
Your subscription. Your school's own Nativora subscription is separate from student fees and is managed in your billing settings. If a subscription lapses, administrative features are restricted until it is renewed — the billing screens themselves always stay reachable so you can renew.
Your sessions. Sessions you conduct appear in your own schedule. Live sessions run through your connected Zoom account; Onsite sessions are held in person.
Attendance. Live sessions mark themselves from Zoom's meeting events. For Onsite sessions you can mark attendance manually, or generate a short-lived QR code that students scan to mark themselves present. You can override any record at any time, including one Zoom produced.
Assignments. Create assignments on a course with a due date and an optional attachment. Students submit against them — late submissions are accepted and flagged — and you grade with marks and feedback.
Messaging. You can message enrolled students about a course directly, and class groups have a shared group chat for cohort-wide announcements.
Enrolling. Request enrollment in a course. Your school reviews the request; you are notified by email when it is approved or declined.
Paying. Once approved, pay the course fee — in full or by installments where your school offers them. Your course unlocks when the payment clears. If your school has waived the fee, it unlocks on approval.
Your course. Lessons, sessions, quizzes, assignments, and any documents you need to sign appear once the course is unlocked. Progress is tracked as you work through the chapters.
Live classes. Join from the link on the session. Attendance is recorded automatically — see the joining-meetings topic above.
Something wrong with your enrollment or payment? Your school administrator handles approvals, fees, and course content. Contact them first; contact Nativora Support if the platform itself is not working.
My enrollment was approved but the course is still locked. Approval and payment are two separate steps. The course unlocks once the fee is paid, or immediately on approval if your school waived it.
I paid but nothing unlocked. Payment confirmation usually takes a few moments. If it has been longer than that, contact us with the Billing category and the approximate time of payment.
Who do I contact — my school or Nativora? Your school controls enrollments, fees, course content, and your account status. Nativora Support handles the platform itself: errors, outages, the Zoom integration, and anything your school cannot resolve.
Does Zoom provide support for this app? No. Support for the Nativora System app, including its Zoom integration, is provided by Nativora Support.
Does every instructor need their own Zoom account? Yes — Zoom is connected per instructor, so each instructor running live classes authorizes their own account.
How do I delete my account or my data? Ask your school administrator, who controls your account. For requests Nativora must handle directly, submit a request below with the Account Issue category. See also our Privacy Policy.
Is there a phone line? Not at present. Email and the form on this page are the supported channels, and both are answered within the SLA above.
Fill in as much as you can — the more detail we have up front, the more likely the first reply resolves the issue. You will receive a ticket reference immediately and a confirmation email.
